docs: add MIT LICENSE

The repository shipped without a LICENSE file. This adds the standard Fulcrum Genomics MIT license used across the other fg-labs repositories (Copyright (c) 2026 Fulcrum Genomics LLC, matching the repo's 2026 creation year).

Verbatim copy of the canonical fg-labs MIT text (identical to unum, mako, bwa-mem3-bench, etc.).
