docs(weekly): update CLI reference, env vars, and FAQ for recent changes

Summary

Weekly docs update reflecting the CLI simplification, Charlie AI assistant, and recent desktop features.

Environment Variables (developers/1.env.mdx): Replaced removed CHAR_RECORD with new CHAR_BASE env var. Updated stale references to old subcommands (listen, batch, chat) → transcribe.

FAQ Features (faq/1.features.mdx):

• Added "What is Charlie?" entry for the newly named AI assistant (feat: name the AI assistant Charlie #4685)
• Updated "AI chat as full tab" entry to reference Charlie
• Added transcript clipboard copy (feat: add transcript copy action #4646) and recording deletion (feat: expose recording deletion in session overflow #4654) entries
• Added "What is Daily Notes?" for the experimental journal feature (Settings > Lab)

Keyboard Shortcuts (faq/6.keyboard-shortcuts.mdx): Updated ⌘+J action label from "Toggle AI assistant" to "Toggle Charlie (AI assistant)".

CLI Reference (cli/index.mdx): Resolved merge conflict by adopting the auto-generated version from main, which now includes the full desktop-feature commands (meetings, humans, orgs, export). Dropped the manually appended standalone commands section — those are now documented on the separate cli-web site.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify the "What is Charlie?" FAQ entry matches the actual assistant behavior and that Settings > Intelligence is the correct path for configuring the language model.
• Confirm the Daily Notes FAQ is appropriate given that it's an experimental Lab feature — consider whether documenting it in public FAQ is premature.
• Verify the "Delete Recording" menu item text matches the actual session overflow menu.

Notes

• The standalone CLI commands (models, record, desktop) are no longer documented in cli/index.mdx. They're now covered by the new apps/cli-web/ Astro site, which reads from cli.json generated by the generate_docs_standalone test.
• New backend API crates (api-mail, api-ticket, google-mail, github-issues, linear) were added this week but are not yet user-facing — the API reference page still says "coming soon," so no docs updates were made for those.
