Description

I have been inspired by the PR with uv-setup and wanted to make it more robust so people can do something like this:

docker compose build --build-arg UID=$(id -u) --build-arg GID=$(id -g) --no-cache --build-arg TORCH_CUDA_ARCH_LIST=8.6
docker compose up -d sam3d
docker compose attach sam3d

This way it uses uv under the hood and cuda from docker, so there are less dependencies on the system.

I assume it will be something on top of #11

I am happy to update the PR given some comments
