Builds are failing because all documents run in parallel in jupyterbook2 right now. We should wait for this PR: Issue: jupyter-book/mystmd#1831 |

Changes to the documentation to allow for jupyter-book builds with >2.0.
The only change is that sphinx autodocs are not supported anymore.
