Correct spelling typo in test function names from 'occured' to 'occurred'.

Issue facebookresearch#5511: Correct spelling typo in test function names
- test_random_apply_wrapping_aug_probability_occured_evaluation -> occurred_evaluation
- test_random_apply_wrapping_std_transform_probability_occured_evaluation -> occurred_evaluation
- test_random_apply_probability_not_occured_evaluation -> not_occurred_evaluation

This PR has been tested locally by running pytest on the modified test file.
