• Add ILITY Mainnet (chainId 4370, shortName ily)
• Add ILITY Testnet (chainId 69923, shortName ilyt)
• Add ility icon (svg + png variants)

• ./gradlew run — BUILD SUCCESSFUL
• npx prettier --check — files match the repo style
• No chainId / shortName / name collisions
• Icon JSON shape matches existing chains
• Explorer URLs are EIP3091-compliant and have no trailing slash

We can also not hold your hand getting the CI green - just look how others that where merged did it and RTFM. So as long as there is any CI check that reports an error - no human will look at this.
