Improvements and bug fixes:

Bugfix: After several BLE connects/disconnects, the app eventually fails to create any new BLE connections.
Bugfix: Automation creation was crashing if the added nodes are matter - only nodes.
Abort Matter commissioning if Google Play services are not found installed.
Added Android 14 support.
Improved OS permission handling.
