Dictsources/hu_list, dictsources/hu_rules: added newest exceptions

Hi Boys,

As it is usual, I added newest exceptions and rules both dictsource/hu_list, and dictsource/hu_rules files.
In hu_list file I added few $alt3 attribute related words, the hu_rules file I added newest pronounce exceptions.

@alex19EP or anybody, if have a little time, please merge this two files related changes to the master branch.
A question:
Have any estimated date when will be releasing newest Espeak-ng release?
I will be on vacation from mid-December until January 8th of next year, so I may not have access to the internet at times.

If I founding any newest missing exceptions, I will updating the update_hungarian_rules feature branch.

Very nice, all 79 Github online checks ran successfull.

Yesterday evening I don't no what happened, but I only commit and force-push three new exceptions to the hu_rules file.
Why failed lot of online checks in evening? Other build files are not changed in master branch.
Perhaps a temporary failure in Github side?

This is interesting.
Now all 79 online checks passed, perhaps yesterday evening happened a failure in Github side when online checks are ran yesterday evening.
Now I simple added new efounded exceptions into the hu_rules file, doed a fixup commit, an interactive rebase and a force-push task (similar with yesterday evening), other files into the source directory are not changed.

Following check now failing unfortunatelly, I only updated dictsources/hu_rules file and do a force-push operation:
Autoconf / macos amd64: gcc (pull_request)

Now all checks passed. Perhaps happened again a temporary Github failure previous with affects the MAC related online workflow. I added only three new exceptions the hu_rules file.
