Summary

Six PRs from the 0.30.2 / 0.30.3 launch-day bug + onboarding queue:

• fix(stats): persist cache totals + lastPromptTokens across resume (Cache and expense stat reset when exit #364, PR fix(stats): persist cache totals + lastPromptTokens across resume #384) — /status now shows the right context bar + cache % immediately on a fresh resume instead of zero until the first turn lands.

#365 awaits reporter retest but ships the program-side mitigation regardless of which terminal/runtime sent the queries.
