- Java 8 -> 21
- Appbase 3.1.14 -> 4.0.0
- Jersey 2.25 -> 3.1
- Tomcat 9 -> 11
- Update test framework to JUnit 5 and add maven surefire plugin to run
- Add logback and slf4j-api to route logging through logback instead of log4j
