Wouldn't it be neat if people didn't have to have the workshop running locally to be able to use the MCP server? Yeah, I think it would be.
We'd need to OAuth to their Epic account so we know whether to include transcripts (and it would probably be limited to paying subs anyway).
Running it on the deployed app directly is probably a non-starter due to connection limits (though would we really get that many people using it? I hope so, but probably not right away). Using Cloudflare is probably the right play here.
