The (duration, number) overloads of operator/ and operator% shall not participate in overload resolution if Rep2 is a duration. Fixes electronicarts#555.
Dividing two durations shall yield a dimensionless number and not a duration. Fixes electronicarts#554.

See #554 and #555. They have to both be fixed in order to write a useful test.
