This PR replaces the compact CCS compatibility table with an expanded version that explicitly lists compatibility for each individual Elasticsearch version.

Previously, we had merged adjacent version ranges in the table to reduce visual complexity and improve readability. While the intent was to make the table easier to scan, we received feedback that the simplified format caused confusion for some users, particularly around edge cases and exact version compatibility.

Other changes:

  • Removed an incorrect example that stated a local 9.0 cluster can search a remote 8.19 cluster
