Adds Mode 22 PID polling (22199A gear, 2225AE odometer) and a Mode 22 response parser branch alongside the existing Mode 01 handler. Exposes odometer (km) and gear_position template sensors, plus a small gear badge inside the central RPM arc and an ODO label in the right panel.
