Remove unused legacy packages that were used by the oer aggregator. The oer aggregator was transformed during the project to the oer-proxy and amb-nostr-relay.
Initially the ideas was to collect nostr events in a dedicated postgres in a searchable data structure. After the implementation it became clear, that this can also be achieved by replacing the backend of the relay e.g. to typesense and offer the same functionality with less overhead and clearer separation of concerns.
The implementation of the oer-aggregator was moved to the branch https://github.com/edufeed-org/oer-finder-plugin/tree/legacy-oer-aggregator for documentation purposes.
