Double-check extensibility of shortcuts

We primarily open/close actions using shortcuts but I’m not sure preferences can effectively handle the case where your custom action actually triggers something.

Well I can confidently say they don't. Since there is nothing you can pass here.

And if you could it would be limited to non-navigator logic since the provider is in the inner Stateful readers, well below preferences.

So we will have to design something for this.
