Reminder function for Windows Copilot UI

A reminder function has been added to support:

• manual task reminders,
• connector reminders (for example Gmail Calendar appointments and price-watch alerts),
• desktop reminder surfacing,
• and phone-call escalation when the reminder is not snoozed or cancelled.
