Theia does not respect server url prefix #176

Thanks again for the quick fix of #172! However, if I'm not mistaken, I'm seeing something similar with Theia (version 1.66.200). Using a server hosted at /services/oct (Nginx proxy to the oct server) with simple login, I see this in the Nginx access log:

Note that the request is going to /api/login/simple and not to /services/oct/api/login/simple. Indeed, the login request in Theia hangs.
