this PR adds a sample that performs a streaming data transfer based on NATS
The sample is still missing a "control plane simulator", instead, the signaling requests have to be sent via postman. The postman collection is located in
Samples/StreamingPull/Resources/Postman.This PR also bumps the samples to use
