Fix for issue #88.
I added gstPipeline so people can run any pipeline. Also added an example for an rtsp stream in gst-pipeline app.
I have found that Capture method has some nasty race conditions. In my case, the timeout is too low and frames are never read unless increased. Check gst-pipeline.
