…ect to localhost. The PHP development server prints a log message that the server is running on 0.0.0.0:8080. But the server must be accessed using localhost:8080 for proper session management.

Description
The example had a few minor issues:
0.0.0.0:8080, but the example must be accessed usinglocalhost:8080to preserve the session, since that's theredirect_uriin the sample duo.conf. The example app will now auto-redirect to localhost to prevent this error scenario.Motivation and Context
