fix: patch upstream PR 589 process lifecycle hardening

Summary:

• manually patch the process lifecycle hardening from upstream fix(processes): fix multiple clawx processes running concurently ValueCell-ai/ClawX#589 into GeeClaw
• add local process-instance file locking, quit lifecycle coordination, signal-triggered quit handling, and stronger Windows gateway process-tree cleanup
• restart the gateway after agent deletion, add focused unit coverage, and document Gateway troubleshooting in both READMEs

Adaptation:

• when GeeClaw's gateway is already stopped, agent deletion now skips the forced restart so renderer-owned gateway startup behavior stays unchanged

Validation:
