VMware Datastore Management Script

A script (or set of scripts) for automating the discovery, monitoring, or provisioning of VMware datastores within a vSphere environment. This project uses [specify technology, e.g., PowerCLI, Python SDK, Terraform] to interact with the vCenter API.

This project provides automation for essential VMware datastore tasks.

• Purpose: To simplify the management and monitoring of storage resources in a virtualized environment.
• Features:
  • List all available datastores and their properties (free space, total size, latency).
  • (If applicable) Provision new NFS or VMFS datastores.
  • (If applicable) Generate inventory reports for resource allocation.
