test: requalify independent answer truth

• requalify all 80 synthetic variants through separate production and independent semantic lanes
• bind executable recursive closures, R1A/B/C identities, grading isolation, mutations, and the R2 2-supported/19-fail-closed boundary
• publish the schema-valid answer-truth-requalification.v2 artifact and update linked CK-08R1 accounting without dispatching successors
