Demonstrates two new .NET MAUI 11 Preview 3 APIs (dotnet/maui#34723): - StyleableElement.InvalidateStyle() for reapplying mutated styles - VisualStateManager.InvalidateVisualStates() for reapplying visual states Includes docregion markers for snippet extraction.
