Document Material 3 Android control visuals and platform notes

This pull request updates the Material 3 documentation for .NET MAUI, focusing on Android control rendering when UseMaterial3 is enabled. It adds Material 2 vs Material 3 visual comparisons for supported controls, clarifies Android-only Material 3 behavior, and includes links to the underlying Android components.

Documentation improvements for Material 3 in .NET MAUI:

General updates and clarifications:

• Clarified that Material 3 styling only applies on Android when UseMaterial3 is set to true, and that other platforms are unaffected.
• Updated the page date for accuracy.

Control-specific Material 3 documentation and visuals:

• Added detailed sections for each supported control (Entry, Editor, SearchBar, RadioButton, ProgressBar, Slider, Picker, TimePicker, DatePicker), describing their new Material 3 appearance, with side-by-side screenshot comparisons to Material 2, and links to the underlying Android components.
• For DatePicker, documented the new Material 3 full-screen calendar overlay, immutable calendar constraints, and added an important note about MinimumDate and MaximumDate behavior.

@jfversluis M3 support has been added for the controls in the current main branch, and it will be available in SR6 release. Therefore, this PR should be merged after the SR6 release. For this reason, the PR is currently in draft state.
