I am a PHP, Go and TypeScript developer based in Minneapolis.
I work across the entire stack, but I’m happiest in the backend. Moving data, pushing bytes around, making things fast.
I ❤️ tiny reusable parts with single responsibilities and no side effects. I keep code simple, clear, and easy for anyone to read.
I’ve spent fifteen years in EdTech keeping old systems running and new ones from catching fire. Before that I built industrial and B2B tools where things had to work because people depended on them.
I’ve been giving my CSV tools a serious refresh, replacing custom parsing in CsvToMarkdownTable with a small streaming parser that handles quoted fields, embedded newlines, multiple encodings, and modern Node/ESM builds more cleanly. I’ve also been tightening the CLI and test coverage along the way. Modernize CSV parsing and packaging
I’ve also been making Circle-Generator nicer to use on touch devices, adding two-finger pinch-to-zoom while keeping one-finger panning and saved render settings working smoothly. Add touch pinch-to-zoom
I keep coming back to lightweight tools that solve a real problem without adding another layer of complexity. I’m especially interested in software that stays understandable, preserves human judgment, and makes everyday work a little less frustrating.
