原plugin-ui-check覆盖了ui组件和插件，package.json同时定义了'main'和'miniprogram'字段，在小程序自定义构建方式时会有冲突，因此提取出plugin和ui-check部分，已验证小程序原生npm构建和gulp+webpack构建方式
