Use the keyboard from a Linux computer to provide a bluetooth keyboard with the neo-layout to a device that doesn't support the neo-layout (for example an iOS-Device).
The base is hidclient by Anselm Martin Hoffmeister (GPL License) and the tweaks for hidclient by Benjamin R. Haskell.
Use the installation-guide at the bottom of the hidclient website.
Note: The command for compiling is in a wrong order. Just use make instead.
