Thanks to PR #16 Deck can now be used as a discard pile.
Also many maintenance fixes, e.g. mypy check should now pass on the library (still not 100% sure to add it to CI).
edit: I'm a bit stupid and forgot to push before tagging this release, therefore please just use pip, which has all the needed commits, don't download these files. If you have a usecase for downloading archive at a tag lemme know, I'll push 1.4.1 tag just for you :)
