This PR addresses the issue with duplicate pet IDs by:

  1. Adding validation in Owner.addPet() to prevent duplicate Pet IDs
  2. Adding a unique constraint on the pet_id column in the database
  3. Adding error handling for duplicate ID scenarios

The changes will prevent the IllegalStateException that was occurring when trying to get pets for an owner.
