• Update Codex agent role instructions for Astro implementation, planning, QA, release flow, deployment reporting, and out-of-scope Supabase work.
• Update Cursor project rules with the current branch, release, GitHub Release, deployment reporting, generated-folder, and identity SEO expectations.

• Guidance files only.
• No Supabase files touched.
• No application runtime behavior changed.

Verification

• Codex TOML files parsed successfully with Python tomllib.
• git diff --check passed.
