fix: support hierarchy:element syntax in more cell-address functions - #32

CellGetN, CellPutN, CellPutS, and CellIncrementN now correctly parse the hierarchy:element colon reference in their element arguments. Previously only CellIsUpdateable and CellGetS were listed in ELEMENT_REF_FUNCTIONS, causing parse failures for the others.
