Replace generic multi-provider documentation with provider-specific architecture and knowledge files. Metadata stripped to standard format with current capture_git_sha.
- Corrected resource/datasource counts from provider.go registration - Added Evolution sections from SME interview - Added Performance Characteristics from SME input - Added Threading & Synchronization details - Added Never Again incident-derived constraints - Resolved all TBD sections
