I changed some constants to the macros provided by the headers. It was mostly guess work, so some stuff may be wrong. I can undo them if we prefer.
I didn't touch much usb stuff either, besides removing some definitions from
src/bb/usb/usb.hdue to them being provided byos_usb.h
