Fixed extraction, added click to reveal all QR codes. Improved communication to user in terminal.

Problem: Extraction resulted in empty database.
Solution: Running sqlite3 as root on the phone allows for access to the database:
adb shell "su -c echo \"'SELECT * from accounts;' | sqlite3 -separator ';' /data/data/com.google.android.apps.authenticator2/databases/databases >> /sdcard/gaedump.csv\""

Problem: Difficult to print QR codes for backup storage.
Solution: Implement click to reveal QR codes:
