...as it breaks EPC QR code recognition at least for some banks; In EPC QR codes, one of the early fields designates the character encoding, so in the beginning, data is expected as ASCII and the BOM breaks that. QR8bitByte(), QRCodeModel(): new parameter useUtf8Bom which allows to omit the BOM; QRCode.makeCode(): pass useUtf8Bom option to QRCodeModel; update README.md;
