Some fields, especially with standard chemistry simulations, extend beyond the tropopause but not to TOA. xbpch has no way to handle this at the moment and just excludes them entirely. This fix will (messily) enable those fields to be read by extending them to the full vertical grid and filling missing data with zeros.
