reformat the script to be more ledgable,
support the new mib by replacing systemBattery with systemBatteryTable,
updates (like #70) and renames the mib file,
fixes a bug where if a server responds with a non UTF-8 character the script would crash,
migrates from optprase to argparse,
remove version name from script name
and remove subfolder with old version of script as it should be enough to use a branch
