This PR is created to debug the issue in dandi/dandi-cli#1762. It is only created to help locate the cause of the problem. It is expected to be closed.

Note: The culprit is tests/test_keyring.py::test_dandi_authenticate_no_env_var. When this test was deselected, the integration test process was able to complete.
