This PR creates .zip artifacts containing the .elf/.map/.bin/.hex files.
This makes it easy to add files to a manually created github release.
Not sure if you want this PR, I found it useful when making test releases for colleages and attaching them to github releases based on tags, so they knew exactly what source was used to build each .zip file they used for testing.
This helped with diagnosing the issues encountered and fixed in my other PRs, such as the led on boot (#28), no_osc (#29) and mco (#30) PRs.
