I give an agent my old Undergraduate Researcher (UROP) contributing guide to digest, and then we edited out the things that aren't relevant to an agent (misspellings, come to office hours, etc.) and softened things ("never"...) that agents take too literally.
Speed up some parts of accidental parsing.
