spectrum 0.7.0 pins sqlalchemy<2.0, fixing the startup crash: AttributeError: module 'sqlalchemy' has no attribute '__all__' This affected fresh pip installs where sqlalchemy resolved to 2.x, which is incompatible with Flask-SQLAlchemy 2.5.1.
