Hi, this is a draft of changes which I think are needed.
There was a lot of garbage in my tags file, some relates to venv and other packages and some relates to unrelated files like css files in my project (which is python). I tried to write a draft of changes that restrict it to python, but of course this should be made generic.
I use tags soley to look for workspace symbols.
Currently, I don't plan to work on this further.
