Bumps py-feat to 2.1.0 (dev pin + hashed runtime lock, regenerated with the documented uv pip compile command) and the app version to 0.8.16. The new default multitask model adds eye-aware gaze — the live gaze overlay now follows the eyes instead of the head. See the py-feat v2.1.0 release notes for benchmark movement and the known video-V/A limitation.

Bumps the dev pin and the hashed uv runtime lock to py-feat 2.1.0, which
ships the v2.7 multitask model as Detectorv2's default: eye-aware gaze
(eye-RoI + head-pose-conditioned + binned +-180 deg) that tracks the eyes
rather than the head (ETH-XGaze 43->5 deg; EYEDIAP 15.3->12.6). Known
limitation: video-frame continuous V/A regresses vs the v2.5 model — see the
py-feat 2.1.0 release notes / model card.
