I have zero knowledge in Go development, "go build" worked for me.
If you want to have RcodeSuccess with empty answer section tested, I'd need guidance to implement, or you are free to push to my fork branch.

Well, I believe this plugin is probably dead, since functionality was taken by forward: coredns/coredns@2e9986c
