The `interfaces` array can still be kept to indicate the host interface(`sandbox` is empty) associated with the allocated IP. For example, in cases where a node with multiple network interfaces, a specific network interface serves as the uplink for the allocated IP. The primary CNI plugin needs to know the uplink interface to install the corresponding egress routes.
