It seems something on the Concrete side is blocking downloads from GitHub Actions: see https://github.com/concrete5-community/docker5/actions/runs/27670464634/job/81833982110#step:5:57 
I've already seen this behaviour in the past, and I've tried adding a "download-catch-wait-download" approach (see the "Retry downloading" commits 36b1df0 de2440b 07c0475 33dad1f 677c936 941bd69), but that didn't work... is maybe something blocking one of the IPs of GitHub? |
