Description

This PR adds FluxA to the x402 ecosystem partners page under the "Infrastructure & Tooling" category.

FluxA is building a permissionless deferred payment protocol that turbocharges x402 implementation. It enables
ultra-fast, parallel micropayments with stablecoins and batch settlement on-chain. FluxA’s open design lets
any AI agent or online service transact via x402 without accounts or gatekeepers, bringing a new level of
speed, scale, and inclusivity to the internet-native payment economy.
