To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any page in English
2. Scroll to the bottom banner
3. The text displays Disclaimer | Report an issue
4. Change the language to something else (Romanian surely reproduces)
5. Scroll to the bottom banner
6. The text displays banner.disclaimer | banner.report_issue

Expected behavior
The text should display Notă | Raportează o problemă
